A global professional development and mentorship program supporting 60+ young conservation professionals across 8 countries. The program accelerates the growth of emerging leaders through tailored one-on-one and group mentoring.
Participants learn to:
· Define purpose, mission, strengths, values, and expertise for maximum impact
· Communicate with influence across communities and global platforms
· Build strategic collaborations
· Strengthen resilience and confidence in the face of conservation’s challenges
· Mentor the next generation
Outcomes: confident, credible, and resilient conservation leaders equipped to drive change with focus, impact, and authority.
Born out of years of research and teaching in high-biodiversity regions, Conservation Masterminds addresses a critical gap: young conservationists often lacked access to the professional development training needed to match their scientific passion.
If you’re passionate about supporting global mentorship, have a candidate for the 2026 program, or want to create a mentoring hub at your organization, let’s talk.
